Notes on Different Versions

First, the live event is over and no longer available for purchase.

At this point, we have 2 versions for purchase.  Permanent online access, or a physical USB thumb drive that will be mailed to you.

Because these are digital products, no refunds will be offered.  Many of the video files were used to broadcast the conference itself.  The live presentations were recorded and used for the replays, which worked for the vast majority of folks. In other words, we know the video files work perfectly.  We will also test each thumb drive before mailing it out.

We guarantee that the videos will play on reasonably modern computers with up-to-date software.  However, we cannot guarantee they will play for everyone.  (We are still working to determine why a few folks had issues with the replays.  Most likely due to unstable internet connections or outdated software.  Folks, Windows 7 and 8 are no longer supported by Microsoft.  Some things will not work when using outdated software.)

If you want online access to the videos, you need to have a user account here on the Coptic Center website.  If you already have a user account, please log in before completing the checkout process.  There will be a login option on the checkout page itself.  If you do not have a user account, an option to create one will be presented on the checkout page itself.

If you do not wish to create a user account, or if you have unreliable or metered internet access, that’s why we are offering a USB thumb drive option.  With this option, we’ll mail you a physical USB thumb drive you can plug into your computer to play the videos.  You may copy the files to your computer’s hard drive or other storage medium.  This option adds $10 to the purchase price, plus shipping costs.

Your license for these files (we retain copyright) permits you unlimited personal use.  You are not permitted to make copies for others, nor are you permitted to post them online.  If you wish to invite folks over and watch the videos together, that is perfectly okay.
